Just uninstall it and use the @capitancapo pack from here: https://babia.to/threads/complianz-...o-the-privacy-suite-for-wp.47496/post-1404728. May need to uploaded directly to FTP or cPanel File Manager.

You have to learn how to configure and implement it. I've done it with some tutorial I found on Youtube.
