you can install bundled plugins with manually
Just follow the route for finding plugins --> main theme file > rt-framework > plugins > packages.

For the importing demo content;
just install default wordpress import tool and upload "all-contents.xml" which you installed builder plugin in All Demo Contents" folder.
And follow same steps for Rev slider, contact form and widgets.

That's it, you dont need "the purchase code" at all.

If you are looking to be able to import and install plugins of this theme using theme option (Basically nulling the theme), follow this steps

Spoiler

1. Go to wp-content -> themes -> businesslounge -> rt-framework -> functions
2. Open the file "theme_manager.php"
3. Go to line 977 and replace
$error = $response["error"];
with
update_option("rt_framework_license", $license );
return wp_send_json([ 'ok'=> esc_html_x('Your license has been activated successfully.','Admin Panel','businesslounge') ] );
4. Save and enter any license as activation key on your dashboard.

Done. You will be able to install it's required plugins and import files. Will also remove that anoying message to activate the theme on the admin area.
