Yeah I tried first without Woocommerce but when going to appearance and using the service layout, when going to payment it would just show error no payment options on the payment section. Must be something in the plugin which hasn't been nulled correctly.Have you tried Bookly Stripe with WooCommerce disabled?
I have read somewhere, that the latest WooCommerce was causing some issues

In the main bookly form it works though but we didn't want this booking form and wanted to service booking form instead. so we just redirected to woocommerce to handle to payments instead and it appears to be working fine.
