It's the first time I've heard of it, and I've been in this industry for quite some time. It makes no difference if their homepage or builder "looks good." In my opinion, use a well-established builder with a great community, plenty of tutorials, and is simple to learn. My choice is, as it has been for the last year, Brick Builder. You will be able to create sites quickly and, more importantly, scalablely using Bricks Builder and a BEM methodology.
