I updated this version on several sites, no problèm exept on one.

I found the solution, my php version was 7.2, too old apparently. I changed to php 7.4, and all is ok now.

Even I am on PHP 7.4 but error still there

Site will run but you will get error once you click on Blocksy menu inside admin panel

I did that and it still needs to be activated. Asks for a license. I uninstalled and loaded it several times and no-go. I reverted back to 1.8.6.2 and it loaded and activated no problem.
