May I know how do you guys upload the 275MB Betheme, is it manually to the server file management SSH or through the auto-upload via Appearance -> Theme ? From the zip/rar, which files do we upload to themes?

If you need to extract the file to find the file Bethemes.zip to install this theme, the size of this theme is only 6mb.

I think you should download the file again. The size of the theme installation file is not that high. Where do you download the source from, is it from Evato or a 3rd party?
You should download Betheme in Babiato's resources section, I just added the latest version of Bethemes in the resources section.
