Best plugin for support?

Hi guys, i need a little bit of help. What wordpress plugin is the best for customer support
like opening tickets
customers can check ticket status
etc. thanks

I myself use Perfex. I know it's not a wordpress plugin but it does the job well so far. Tried many wp plugins none of them was close to this solution.

Perfex is awesome but could you let me if you connected wordpress users to Perfex database and if so how?
