You can easily create something like this in elementor, just use some positioning, mouse tracking, shadow & whatever you can do.

I'm not a web designer, but I like to learn. Elementor is new for me (ok...1-2 months of use).
Passing from WP Backery to Elementor is a real challenge for me, but E offer alot of really nice possibilities!
Learning and testing is the key!
There's a complete beginner to master course here in Babiato on Elementor.
It's a beautiful course.
