I'm really surprised! You got the script for free and it's working. If you don't understand the backend, ask yourself why you need it. Just find yourself a developer who will do your custom script work and the problem will be solved.

Why would someone share demo when you can't change or do anything and whenever you try to do so it says "This is Demo version. You cannot change anything" Ask yourself that.
PM for what? If you know how to disable demo just share it with everyone here so everyone can benefit from it.

You remove it you will get 500 error you change it you will get 500 error server. Not a fix!
