WP plugin that restrict IP access?

Hi guys! How's going?

Just want to ask if anyone know about wp plugin that could restrict user access based on their IP, so that one IP could only access a certain page of our wp blog like 2 times per day? if more than 2 times it will be redirected to other page?

For example, website like sundryshare.com could IP limit the access to download page for 3 times per day. Is there any wp plugin that could do the same thing?

Thanks for your response. But I don't think so. All I want is to limit an IP to access one page for 2 times per day. The third visit would redirect the IP to a different page.
