If your condition has 'OR' rather than 'AND', then I think I should be eligible for getting a key. If you think I am eligible, then please let me know here and then only I would send a PM to you, otherwise it will be a disturbance for you which I do not intend to make.I already got spammers, mainly new created accounts pointing to parked domains. They are still waiting for an answer.
Then again, the conditions are quite clear, I think. It's not only a AND clause rather than XOR but it also says that we may/might work something out.

If I post this in the marketplace, a lot of people will knock at the door. At least here, it is intended to those actually looking for this plugin.

I got a little bit older version of this plugin from somewhere else which is working and NO FATAL ERROR. I have checked this with virustotal and here is the result link:
But I haven't checked each and every file individually, so if you want to use this, do it at your discretion. I will not be liable if any problem happens but obviously, if it shows any error, please post it here mentioning the version.

It is very unfortunate that I had to use a plugin outside Babiato as the one posted here (version 1.21.1) is giving a FATAL ERROR and any solution has not been posted yet despite of request.
But I haven't checked each and every file individually, so if you want to use this, do it at your discretion. I will not be liable if any problem happens but obviously, if it shows any error, please post it here mentioning the version.
