Wordpress Forbidden 403

Hello, I just installed wordpress on my CPanel, and when I upload plugins or themes it generates a 403 for bidden error,

previously I experienced the same thing when saving the settings of one of the plugins, but did not meet the solution. so I tried to reinstall my wordpress with the help of softaculus but still error 403 forbidden

please help me solve this problem

You need to contact your hosting provider or server to request upload to the server.

that's a permission issue, so it sounds like there is a problem with the server and it generating the install properly. contact hosting provider.
