does not install. when i click upload plugin it totally crashes the site and site goes offiline and i get error that safari cannot open the page. i tried to attach the screen shot but it does not let me.

Sorry but despite the file name says 8.1.3 it is actually version 8.1.2.
Unzip it and check dates and woocommerce-gpf.php, it is version is 8.1.2.
Can you update ?
