When you run the site in subdomain, you need to declare that subdomain in the .env file


IGNORE_SUBDOMAINS="www,whatsappordering"



How to fix this

Open the .env file in any of the editors

Edit the following at line 8

IGNORE_SUBDOMAINS="www,127,mysubdomain"

Replace 'mysubdomain' with your desired subdomain.

I guess it can be due to incorrect SMTP settings. But Error 500 can be because of various reasons.

Enable debug mode to know the exact error. To do that please make the following changes in the line 6 of .env file:

APP_DEBUG=true

can you check apache/nginx error log?
have you checked db permissions?
have you changed files permission? files property should be www-data
with debug activated what are the error received?

For me , I had an issue where I had to change driver to be mysqli
now I am getting to migrations
Error:
SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'lmlfood.settings' doesn't exist (SQL: alter table `settings` add `order_fields` text null default '')

Make sure the permissions on folders /public/uploads* are correct. Correct permissions are 775

seems like database permission error. database user must have all privileges other than administrative.
