Image Hosting / Dumping Script

Hey guys, does anyone know of any image library / gallery / script that I could have running which would allow me to upload files via ftp or any other method in simple folder structure and display images on website dynamically as I dump the image files to the file structure.

Lets say 1 folder has 300 images and the script displays those 300 as coming from that folder based on name, tags, or image file names, anything basically.
