bro there are some script that can not inhabitant on local host, they can only survive on live host bcos local host do not contain those elements which depend on or the engine that will run them most especially on those populated location you posted, nothing is wrong with your local host, some script in your theme or website you re working on only need live host to survive. keep up the design and deploy to live host, your site will just got better... cheers
what PHP version do you use? mysql_connect is deprecated and removed from PHP 7. You should use mysqli or pdo instead.
