in cpanel u need first select php. select version 8, because this update only work in php 8, after go option of php and unselect open_basdir or go to filemanager and in .htaccess php_value allow_url_fopen On

Hello, I tried adding this not working maybe am doing it wrong. Here is my .htaccess
