Is their a way for this theme to change code False to True, so theme will get activated? , Cause, when you upload this theme now, and following the import module, at the last step you'll see that everything is imported, except the pages, content etc..

yeah you might be right, i checked WooComm status and some files are outdated, maybe in the latest version its fixed (mayby WooCommerce had update few days ago and fucked up)
