Hi, mei.
Let's get started. It could be a lot of things.

1- I've had this problem before. It is usually caused between addons for the elementor. If you use, for example, Happy Addons, Ultimate and other one, the visual can be too hard to load. Mainly on cheap hosting, with limited resources.

Some addons allow you to activate and desactivate items. Try to activate only the features you gonna use.

This indicates that it is a problem with your PHP.ini settings.

Recommended settings are Memory 512M and Max Input Vars 6000

Already set the PHP.ini previously, but the problem occured again and again.

were you able to solve or not? xD

Even exists some tutorials teaching you to change those inis settings, most hosts don let us to modific them.
It's already solved, just telling him although changing PHP.ini configuration the error is still there
