websites with less than 300 words per page are considered “thin” by Google's standards and, most likely, won't rank as highly in search.

Check those articles ranking first before marking them " no-index ". If they are ranking in the top 100 then better to rewrite or add more content.

&

If they are not ranking in the top 100 positions then you can no-index them.

In my opinion

Thanks for you reply. one more question: How can I know the rank of an article? Is there an option for that in Google Webmaster or Google Analytics? or is there another tool to do that?

Simply search with the title of an article on Google or if you want to find a full report then use Ahref or SemRush.
