The dead weakness of DA I know is that after finish installing you server will receive tons of brute forced attacks & you never know they're real or generated randomly
Change your default port & password only helps your server avoid about 50% of attacks

I see many open source control panel can work more effectively than DA )
If you want a safe choice. RunCloud is not bad (just $99/years)

Its DA bug or bypassing using proxy? Possible to give more details via pm?
