Hi guys, recently just installed 4.0.6 version on a new website.
Unfortunately, after enable the firewall, keeps showing Cannot retrieve user rules from database (#4)
When i go to security rules page, it's blank and no button for me to click update the rules at all..
Not sure anyone can help?

Hi TassieNZ, really appreciate your contribution.
But my new site after installed this still not working. Not sure what's going on.
Then i use this version to upgrade on one of my existing sites, it's working, but when i check the updates log, then only realized actually it will not getting latest secuirty rules from official site.... seems like this NULL will not working anymore.
