I have the Gravity Forms Multi-Currency Selector plugin. I purchased a 1 year license to it a while ago so it's a little outdated. Although I don't know if there are many updates for it as there's no public changelog. I have version 1.3.0 which was released sometime in 2019. It works with the now legacy Stripe embedded form, doesn't seem to work correctly with the newer Stripe embedded payments.
