Request: 66Biolinks - how to customize Directory page - User / Business name

I want to customize the Directory page: ie ) https://domain.com/product/directory

Default layout is two column with Biolink user boxes / cards.
66Biolinks doesn't have Usernames like Facebook / Instagram/Twitter and instead uses random/custom Short URLs.

Two things I want to change
1 - I want to retrieve the specific User's Biolink Avatar block file so I can display it next to the Biolink name.
Currently it's the domain .ICO file so doesn't change depending on the Biolink User. )
1 - currently the code that retrieves the .ICO file. Code is in the "themes/altum/views/directory/index.php"

2 - make the first name listed is the Heading block name or at least separated words from the Short URL name.
The problem occurs when the name is longer than one word; ie ) "Bob's Web design" becomes

https://domain.com/bobs-web-design

which then appears on the Directory page as Bobs-web-design instead of
"Bob's Web design"


When I create a Biolink page I add:
- an Avatar
- Heading block ( which could be used to display the user's business or profile name )



I want the Directory to display the Heading block text instead of the Short URL text, so it can be multiple words and not one joined word.
