Any one can find what theme was used to create this theme? *it is obviously as woocomerce site but can't tell what theme was used.
OR what wp theme you suggest to create a very similaire site?

I honestly do not see anything special to the site, it is customized, logically, but it is a most normal e-commerce issue. As is you will not find it.
Something similar to that can be done with Ocean themes:

for ex: https://oceanwp.org/demo-category/ecommerce/
The first theme is very similar

toofaced.com is Built With Drupal CMS, not Wordpress.

thank you...Actually it is a request of a client of mine to create almost the same site... Apparently he like it... I agree with you nothing special with this site + He is really slow and poorly optimised/coded
