There is some issue with version. Setting section is displaying nothing:

Try to use the chrome browser instead of firefox. I had the same issue in firefox with SMS version 5.8. I used chrome problem gone

I have found the solution.
Issue is not specific with browser.
Plugin needs Flash to be enabled in browser.
