React Native Developer Needed

Does anybody know how to setup react native environment am working on carspot android app which is in react native I bought the source from codecayon contact the developer but they are useless i ask them if they can set up for me but I got this response

Unfortunately, it is against our policy to give support on any other channel than this.

now am stuck am willing to pay via Paypal tell me how much you charge depending on the price I will proceed

here the error am getting

Have you tried the following guide to make sure your set up is proper? By the way Chocolatey is your friend in these kind of scenarios.
