Are you on version 5.5 ? If yes, copy the .php files with a strange name in /admin folder and in /php folder from the last upload to your installation.

I installed it and it worked correctly, I configured everything, I created a demo user to see if everything worked well I could place orders, but after 15 minutes it was blocked and no orders could be placed, it does not allow adding products to the shopping cart, someone do you know why?
