Ok the plugins that have to be downloaded auto is not working obviously because you need the license key... You can find all the plugins that are needed here in BABIATO forum... But there is another problem, the demo content doesnt work too... I uploaded a picture and here is the error log

Multi Directory Mode After Import Actions

  1. templatera.xml – Theme templates for Templatera.
  2. content.xml – It contains theme templates for Pages, Posts, Menus, Demo Items, Taxonomies & Templatera. It is the same with setup in Real Estate mode.
  3. options_panel_import.txt – It contains pre-recorded settings for Options Panel.
  4. mail_panel_import.txt – It contains pre-recorded settings for Mail System Config.
  5. theme_options_customfields.txt – It contains pre-recorded settings for Custom Fields Panel.
  6. theme_options_searchfields.txt – It contains pre-recorded settings for Search Fields Panel.
  7. theme_options_custompoints.txt – It contains pre-recorded settings for Custom Points Panel.
Without those files it will be hard to config the theme from zero... So if someone has those files, please upload them. :)

I also have this problem, error log, cannot import demo content. Cannot use this script until someone fixes it.
 
maybe this demo content help you ! use import demo content in manual mode

thanks bro, appreciate it. It's a bit choppy (not fully linked and setup) but the demo content Does work after being imported., just have to delete and set your correct home pages, etc.
