IMPORTANT: The plugin's developer added a license check in the geocode endpoint; this means that you'll never be able to generate locations as keyword list. Other than this, all other features work without issues.
Apart from that, the plugin works perfectly. We will have to find the list of cities differently.

And that's why I went a ahead an purchased a lifetime license, plus they update this plugin ever few days!

Has any one been using this plugin past 20'000 lines? I'm getting an error trying to process 20'000 lines.
