NextHour - License error! [HELP]

Can someone help me ?
I'm falling on this screen after checking the license, even though it is valid and being only in a single domain, I just have a headache with this script, the author charges for everything for support, the worst support I've seen.

does anyone know where the file is located where the license is? to see if it corrects this problem?
