need help creating a dating website

Good evening

now that I have bought a web host I would like to ask for help in order to know which system used (wordpress or other PHP solution)

the goal is the creation of a dating website

at the moment i use wordpress + premiumpress dating

the theme is perfect for a dating site, the concern is that version 10.3 bug and no update on the forum yet

so I would like to know which CMS is using or if there is a better theme than premiumpress dating
