Monthly Horoscope - Custom Post Type?

Hey,

I haven't been into custom post types before, i need to create posts for zodiac signs monthly.
Should i create a custom post type named ex. Zodiac Signs and taxonomy or category for all 12 ?

Tried Post Types Unlimited plugin but it doesn't give me the option to choose which zodiac sign that post for.

Anyone can help / recommend me a way to do it properly?
