yes it can be downloaded from code canyon but I am not downloading from codecanyon directly , It is included another theme as free (bundled ) and I have to wait for updating with theme and it is not updated please look at below screen

yes you are right , plugin asking license key but it is for automatic update . So you dont need license key , without it , you can use without any limitation .Please download plugin from here , it works well

could you please tell me how to use ACF Repeater?

Import Advanced Custom Fields Repeater fields Data - Import WP

The Advanced custom fields integration for Import WP PRO allows you to import any CSV and XML files into ACF repeater fields.

Seems like it is not included in Addons folder.

Regular "Custom Fields" set up, but no ACF Repeater there in import template.
