Hello Bro, how are you? Free, I think it will be hard to find. But for Facebook and Instagram (if nobody responds to this topic with a free tool) I believe that the Face tool itself can help a little.

I have tested some tools lately, and AdFlex was among the best. The main point is that it is free (with limitations on ad views). They also claim that their ad data is scraped directly from FB graph API itself.
I am currently using it and I highly recommend it to you.
