1. Change the permissions, of /whmcs/livehelp/include/database.php file to be writable (Unix: CHMOD 777)
2. Install
3. Change the permissions of /livehelp/include/database.php file to the original file permissions (Unix: CHMOD 644).

My WHMCS is original, so it checks the license with the WHMCS server to be able to license it.

This works for the nulled version of WHMCS, if you have the original it will not work and as far as I know there is no nulled version of this chat.
