Kayako Fusion Helpdesk

Kayako Fusion Helpdesk 4.93.13

No permission to download
kayoko-4913.zip <--- what is this?

That's the zip that has the setup folder that you will need with the other zip once you get it all in place as the main zip w keygen doesn't have setup folder like it needs.

I already have kayko and have been using it for 6 years.

Please explain why we must use your SQL file? That seems a little fishy. Doesn't your .zip also upgrade older versions?

I have never seen anyone supply Kayako as you have before.

Thanks.

none of those files are mine, they are ones I have found and gotten working. I used to it as well back in like 2008, but haven't since they pushed for the SAAS type then still had those loyal for the on-demand people who like myself prefer managing it personally.

So they are all untouched original as far as you are aware? There are lots of injected hacked versions of Kayako, actually virtually all nulled versions found online have encrypted malicious code hidden within.

If they are original, my upgrade should work just fine with an upgrade of PHP from 5.6 to 7.x correct? Which PHP version do you recommend?

to be honest they aren't infected, I have a good firewall and scanner called CPGuard, which would have told me if there was any infected files or anything to worry about. They are nulled as you just have to use the main zip labeled nulled but copy the setup folder from the kayako zip in order to install and then it's good. I am running 7.4 on it as it's on a subdomain. As far as the upgrade goes, I would definitely do a duplicate copy of yours then test to see if you can do the upgrade with it, if so then your good to go :)

hopefully that helps you out a lot. :)

I'm trying the upgrade, switched to 7.4 checked my config etc. but when I load https://subdomain.domain.com/setup/ I get the following error:

Warning
IntlDateFormatter::formatObject(): datefmt_format_object: the format is empty (./__swift/library/Date/class.SWIFT_Date.php:315)
=================================================================================================================================

Any ideas please?

What is the server settings you have in place?

OK, fixed it by temp removing the following lines from /swift/library/date/class.SWIFT_Date.php

PHP:
        if (in_array(mb_strtolower(SWIFT_LOCALE), array('rus', 'russian'))) {
            $_returnValue = iconv('windows-1251', $_SWIFT->Language->Get('charset'), strftime($_SWIFT->Input->SanitizeForXSS($_dateFormat), $_timeLine));
        } else {
            $_returnValue = strftime($_SWIFT->Input->SanitizeForXSS($_dateFormat), $_timeLine);

            try {
                if (extension_loaded('intl')) {
                    $dateTime = new \DateTime('@' . $_timeLine, new \DateTimeZone($_timeZone));
                    $format = strftime_format_to_intl_format($_SWIFT->Input->SanitizeForXSS($_dateFormat));
                    $_returnValue = \IntlDateFormatter::formatObject(
                        $dateTime, // a DateTime object
                        $format, // UCI standard formatted string
                        $_SWIFT->Language->GetLanguageCode()  // the locale
                    );
                }
            } catch (\Exception $ex) {
            }
        }

Setup will now work, run through the setup to completion. Reinsert the above and rename /setup/ folder. Clear cache and log in. Instantly update all templates and phases back to default.

ok here is the solution

its cache problem.

Download the file again and carefully read install steps

It should work

Reupload the files with FileZilla and mode: auto. Make sure no failed transfers. Set the permissions correctly 755 on:

_apps
_swift/logs
_swift/cache
_swift/library
_swift/apps

Hmm. actually, I just checked my admin center and I've been receiving these errors but only today.

I've been using this for a week or two now with no alterations.

SimpleXMLElement::__construct(): Entity: line 10: parser error : Entity 'mdash' not defined (./__swift/apps/base/admin/class.Controller_Home.php:483)

I shall investigate. If anyone else has any ideas, please share.

It's only relating to the "Retrieve the Kayako News RSS feed".

I guess their RSS is having issues today or something. Safe to ignore.

mine is doing it as well. Thought it was adjustment but seems to be where the RSS feed would be. So I will keep an eye on it as well and wait.

i'll be reaching out to them for a trial of the latest version, then maybe it can help fix it. so bare with me while working.
