I am currently getting USA traffic on my main website but I am planning to target India on another website. IF I choose a US server location I will get around 1-second website load speed in the USA and 2.5 seconds in India (Based on other website i found hosted in the USA Hostinger datacentre. This stats is based on a static content website without cloudflare plan). Hostinger suggested me to go for the Netherland server as it is between both locations. What would you suggest?

More Info: My websites are static/ blogging website. I use cloudflare free plan on all my websites.
Thank you.

I would go with Litespeeds QUIC.cloud CDN which also cache dynamic pages as well as static resources.

tell them open a trial app for you and test your self no one can tell the exact one.

Do a both side load test.

But if you want to go with whole world use cdn (Not cloudflare) .
Amazon Cloudfront. can make same as origin server location data transfer.
