How To Optimize WordPress when using WPbakery or Elementor

I have a question about website speed optimization, I hope the community can support me.

I use wpbakery builder plugin or elementor, the GG pagespeed score is not high.

The js file is very complex to write, almost impossible to optimize loading speed on mobile.

Do you have advice for this, please help me to answer the question.
