Hello, I have a paypal account that I opened years ago. At that time, I added a random place as an address.
Because paypal is prohibited in the country I live in, we cannot open or use a paypal account. But years ago, I found a way and opened my account. I can get my phone verification code, but it asks me for a document such as an address or an invoice. How can I solve this? I want to use my Paypal account.
