Free hosting plans like this one you mentioned are pretty basic and can´t handle traffic, neither more complex website solutions.
Also, as far as I remember, as a Amazon Associated, you must have SSL enabled on your website, which apparently is not available in Hostinger´s basic plan.

with free hosting you are limited in what you can manage over it not only in performances
to get a good service you should have to pay at least a basic plan
For my personal experience I'm working with Interserver from about 3 years and they have a very good basic plan ( shared ) an excellent support and easy tools to manage it ( eg Cpanel ) included in the plan

300 Mb is not enough for decent website, and ssl is free with any hosting provider. but if you want to experiment i can give some free space on my web server. PM me if you are interested.
