Simple solution

If You want to Run php artisan storage:link and Don't Have Terminal Access Then You Can do it by creating a Temporary php file example run.php and Use this Code

Also Remember if .htaccess is working disable it temporary i know its not good solution but you can use it to resolve your problem

I think you are login through the demo user id, change it with an admin credential, and your problem will be solved
