Trying to figure out the purpose of downloading these small 5 second videos. What use do they have?

In editing, the fragments could be joined together. But there is another method to download the complete video

Actually this works but their search function is to bad. Or may i don't know how to deal with it.
They translate space with separate tags. But sometimes, i found what i am looking for in this site.
