What is asking for licence?

The main download or something else that you have grabbed from a post in this thread?

Main download works fine as just grabbed and installed and activated on fresh sandbox to make sure....

If you are talking about this as a fresh install, then just click on register and do run through as you need to complete the setup.

It is already nulled so you just have to click 'Next', however change the last choice page (Global Settings) to your own needs.

Obviously, if you have it already installed and overwriting it, then it should not show this as it has already been registered.
