Google index - remove fake links (help)

My client's website was infected with Japanese malware 3 months ago. The program generated about 600,000 pages and all of them were indexed by Google in just a week. Now the request for the site: myclientwebsite.com shows bout 294,000 results.
Everything is fine with the site for more than two months - spam pages have been removed. There is a problem with data about these pages in Google. Information goes out very slowly - and it will take about six months at best. Moreover, when nonexistent pages "leave" the index - they can return there in a few days - as it happened once. The site has no more than 100 "real" pages in the index. Everything else is a link to non-existent spam pages.

Request: what program generates 600,000 page links on google? is it possible?

Google removes links by itself if it gets 404, to speed up the removal you can only parse google search cosole by removing links with some key path.

Download website data, scan with some antivirus, delete all found viruses. Problem will be cleared.
