I m getting the same error !
if you repeat the installation, follow the procedure I indicated, it is important to reset the database,
Bro I have tried all the step you have mentioned , deleted the db, reset the env file and deleted the storage folder files
But its not working for me!
It wont get to the installer only!
Any solution bro?

Deleted the db - dropped all the tables
deleted the storage folder and copied the fresh storage folder from unzipped gofertaxi web folder.
