Flutter or Kotlin & Swift Opinion.

Am currently planning on embarking on mobile app development junior but am finding it difficult making a choice on what language to learn..
Between flutter and Kotlin

I no flutter app are built with one codebase and used on multiple platform. While kotlin cna only be used for android and swift for IOS.
I don't mind learning both swift and IOS instead of learning flutter...that's if they are better than flutter together.

So my question is which is better to build apps flutter or swift. ?

I no...i don't really mind if Kotlin is for just Andriod and I need to learn Swift for IOS

i just need to know which language is better i terms of app development between them
