I can confirm that the file posted by @marc13 is indeed the official v3.6.0 release.
Depending where you are in the world it may not show as an update in your WP Dashboard yet.
@bobsmith the 3.6.0 Dev you refer to is for Core (free). Pro Dev is now 3.7.0

Upload the two package files (Elementor and Elementor PRO) to your wordpress.
They will already be activated.
Odd. I installed on a brand new site and can't access the toolbar with all the elements on the left.
