1. In the web hosting path /wp-content/plugins you have make folder for example Easy Digital Download
2. Make new file in text editor (for example Brakets, Notepad++ etc) with UTF-8 support
3. Copy & Paste code you ask to implement to WordPress as plugin
4. Save file as (for example) easy-digital-download.php
5. Upload file to created folder in WordPress plugin directory (Easy Digital Download)
6. In the WordPress administration go to Plugins page
7. Find non active plugin called Easy Digital Downloads - Prevent Duplicate Purchases
8. Enable it
