eClass - Learning Management System v5.9 Untouched

eClass v2.0. I have problem error 500 while upload image get started, anyone have idea to solve this ?

I try in php 7.2 , 7.3 , 7.4
upload_max_filesize = 3G
post_max_size = 3G
memory_limit = 3G

- button disable has fix
- register from frontend has fix
- upload image "get started" has not fix yet

In the .env file change "debug=false" to "debug=true". Run the script, now it's not showing error 500 but display debug infos. Paste them here.

I'm trying to install this script on a subdomain on live server,
I changed folders permissions to 777 as requested
I have PHP 7.3
I created the database and username connect them together and give all preliminaries,

and this is what I got, one my http://subdomain.domain.com/public/



What do you think the problem is?
